Matt Vincent is a professional competitor in the Highland Games. Best throwing guide there is

This is by far the best guide there is. This is my 2nd year in competition and my distances have improved greatly after reading and copying Matt's technique (to the best of my ability). The guide is easy to follow and I even made my own caber following his instructions! Get it, you won't be sorry!
