I received, on 04.28.2015, with great satisfaction "Urban and Regional Planning in India". This is actually an important Handbook for Professional Practice in work areas to which it applies. We do not have here in Brazil a comparable book to the now written by Dr. Prof. S. K. Kulshrestha. The urban and regional planning are not new issues for me. But the structure and approach of the themes developed by Professor Kulshrestha in this book is accurate and backed by solid theoretical and practical knowledge. I am sure that I can take good advantage in reading this important book. Again, the book addresses the issues that name in relation to what can be done, both for the public sector and in relation to the private sector, or between the two sectors. I already indicated the book for some important professionals working in these areas. I know it will also make good use of the knowledge developed and presented there.
